Adobe: Convert the Windows version in Mac OS

Earlier this year I purchased an upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite CS4 Web Premium for Windows, being in possession of a valid license from Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Web Premium. For various reasons, then, I have found to work only on Mac OS! How many of you know, unlike what happened in the days of Macromedia, Adobe takes a unique licensing system: when you buy one of their products also choose the platform. Macromedia, however, gave both versions for Windows and Mac It follows, then, that I found myself unable to use the Adobe suite on my beautiful MacBook Pro Fortunately, Adobe allows you to replace, without any additional charge (except for 8 Euro shipping box), with its Windows version than Mac OS - or vice versa.

To do this simply contact support, using their Adobe account and request a replacement, indicating the current version and serial number. Technical support will send a document in which you state that does not provide for the destruction and the future use of the version you want to replace.

This done, and paid the 8 euro, in a couple of days there will come home in the version for your operating system! Adobe Brava! : D
