After the problems of down-time (very little down and time) had in recent months (and I stress months), I hope I have made the right choice for hosting undolog.com! I chose (mt) Media Temple , robust and "known" highly scalable hosting.

The problem of downtime in my opinion were due to the optimization of WordPress and it also seems to be quite slow on MT in loading the blog.

The services available on the (gs) are nothing short of exceptional and unparalleled ... My experience is the only flaw I notice sometimes slow (I'd like to understand why), and frequent maintenance works / upgrades scheduled for the Italians sometimes fall time work.

I use a MediaTemple GS for 2 years, fantastic features and server management domains, databases and co.
Very low cost ... but I start to find really uncomfortable latencies and response times.
I believe that in spite of myself I will have to seek a solution in Italy, some advice?
We are still on (mt) but we also experimented with a lot of satisfaction also:
- Hostgator (American)
- Hetzner (German)
- Seeweb (Italian)
They think they are great alternatives to 3 (m) even if they do not offer identical services
