Insert Flash Movies into WordPress with SWFObejct 2.0

Thursday, May 1st, 2008

After running several years and patch tests to find the best way to insert content - such as Flash - the Blog, I have finally solved the problem once and for all. I've discussed the issue of the SWFObject 2.0 library, useful in achieving sites with content like Adobe Flash. Fortunately Unijimpe has created a plugin for Wordpress that can harness the power of SWFObject and simplify the insertion of the posts. To use it, in fact, just activate the plugin and insert into your post:

CODE:
  1. /wp-content/uploads/ 2006 /05/7762. swf , 231 , 132 [ /SWF ] [SWF] / wp-content/uploads / 2006 / 05/7762. Swf, 231, 132 [/ SWF]

You can also use the plugin for Flash content even within the blog itself, such as the Sidebar:

PHP:
  1. <div id="sidebar">
  2. "boton.swf" , "100" , "22" ) ; ?> <? php wp_swfobject_echo (boton.swf "," 100 "," 22 ");?>
  3. </ div>
