Windows Vista has arrived. No extraordinary novelty. All have seen on Mac OS X from Apple. However - as happened with the Internet Explorer 7 - at least Microsoft has aligned with current standards. And Apple is still a niche compared to the popularity of Windows, so this update of the operating system remains important for the general public.
The only sour note - if not extremely painful - is the price. I show a chart with the prices today. The dollar price I got on Amazon and you do not upgrade to version FULL (that still costs less obviously), to show the difference with the change: maybe Bill Gates has suffered all the vicissitudes of the European Commission giudiziare and then try to make it pay in some way?
| Vista Home Basic | Vista Business | Vista Home Premium | Vista Enterprise | Vista Ultimate |

Note how the Ultimate version yeasts cost comparable to a laptop-store!
Also from Amazon a comparison chart of various properties. Notice how the Ultimate is preferable, otherwise why upgrade to Vista?

The version of the XP Home Basic is worse! The version Bisuness does not have the BitLocker ... mystery!

One thing I forgot to point out: it is really annoying to use price to 99.99. The thing that bother me is that really seems to be teased. 299.99 euro has a difference of one euro cent from 300.00 euros. At least, gentlemen, could have the decency not to insult our intelligence, decided to 300.00 euros or 290.00 euros a true price type, which would be very welcome.
